Stress and burnout coaching

Individual stress and burnout coaching is a very powerful way to learn how to cope with difficult emotions, make more conscious decisions and tap into your inherent strength and confidence. Which seems to be very needed as work stress, burnout and overall dissatisfaction with life is on the rise.

If you are willing to face it, I will facilitate and challenge you in an unbiased way. I will do this by giving back what I see and hear, by asking questions and questioning your answers. I have lived and worked in Eastern Africa for three years and there i learned about the joy and challenges of an expat life.

Often we focus on the short-term, and intended to solve the problem as soon as possible. Sooner or later we will all face unpredictable changes and have to accept the impermanence of life instead of having the illusion of control. In times like this, the underlying feelings of discontentment, that were previously ignored, come to the surface and need to be addressed. Meditation and mindfulness are very powerful ways to allow that proces to happen. You will be facilitated so you practically applied in your daily life.

Reducing stress

Learn to let go of stress, control and perfectionism and be more relaxed and in touch with yourself.

The approach is down-to-earth, practically applicable, fun without loosing any depth.

We go to the root of the matter and merge western psychology with eastern traditions.


I combine life coaching with meditation-mindfulness practices. My way of coaching is characterized by a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. In my method I will also make use of Transformational Presence, nonviolent communication, The Work of Byron Katie and Voice Dialogue.

My personal mission is to facilitate you in an unbiased way in your own process. I do this by giving back what I see and hear, by asking questions and questioning when necessary. Equality and non-judgment are very important to me. This is directly integrated in the way I work.

Probably the most important step for lasting happiness is completely letting go of the identification with thoughts and feelings and to investigate where the core of the mind lies. Coaching is an effective way to guide you in this sometimes confusing path.


With Beyond Mindfulness I aim to make some of the wisdom of the traditional movements (i.e. Buddhism) accessible to a larger group, in order to let people experience long-term inner peace, joy and happiness. In my personal quest, Due to my curious and searching nature, I have walked various paths. I studied in Wales, I lived and worked in Tanzania and worked both in business and the mental health.

I have the ambition to make a genuine contribution so that people can act less from fear and more from love and a connection to life. With my experiences as a meditation practitioner and as a professional trainer-coach I can offer an unique combination of activities.
